Twin Transit is pleased to announce that we now have an app for booking DARTT and LIFTT rides. Simply search Twin Transit in the iOS or Google Play app stores and download the app.

How do you create a user profile?
- Download the Twin Transit app in the app store of your choice.
- Open the app and tap register.
- LIFTT riders must call Twin Transit dispatch to request that LIFTT booking be added to their user profile. Twin Transit dispatch can be reached at 360-330-5555.
- Enter your phone number. This number will be your login and notifications will be sent to the phone number provided. Please note: Booking rides under someone else’s name will not be tolerated. Each rider must have their own account. If you do not have a phone number, please call 360-330-5555 and Twin Transit dispatchers will be happy to assist you.
- You will receive a verification code: enter this in the app.
- Set your pickup and drop-off location. Please note: all rides are booked in one-way segments. If you wish to book a return ride, you must create a separate booking.
- Enter payment details and pay for your ride.
- Sit back and let the professionals do the driving! Use the Twin Transit app to track your ride for real-time trip updates.
- Book new rides and keep track off upcoming and past trips, with ease.
